5 Key Steps to Create the Perfect Project Plan

Hi guys Mark here with 5 key steps for how to write a perfect Project Execution Plan (PEP) 👍

If you follow the steps below you will have a PEP that is ready for approval by stakeholders! 💯👇

Here they are:

1️⃣ Write down your project goals and scope and agree them with the key stakeholders (client, your project sponsor, permitting authorities….)

2️⃣ Develop a project team organization and identify key resources needed (some key specialist expertise perhaps).

3️⃣ Breakdown the project scope into tasks and deliverables, develop a project timeline (schedule).

4️⃣ Develop assumptions and key risks to successful execution of the project.
